DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours or the next working day. For each order we make an individual box and send it by your chosen method of delivery:

UK Delivery:

• Economy Delivery within the UK is £6. This is sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 and should arrive in approx 2 days.
• Standard Delivery within the UK is £7. This is sent Royal Mail tracked 24 and should arrive in approx 1 day.
• Express Delivery within the UK is £11. This is sent Royal Mail Special Delivery and is guarenteed to arrive the next working day by 1pm. 

Overseas Delivery: 

• Overseas Orders are sent by DHL Express Courier. We may need to contact you for additional payment if the order is very heavy.

Any orders where we cannot dispatch your order promptly, we will contact you to let you know when we expect to have your order ready. All orders are sent in very secure plain packaging with no reference to the contents so you can be assured of a discreet delivery.

RETURNS

1. Statutory Cancellation Rights (UK customers only)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods. If you decide to cancel, you must inform us within this 14-day window. Once you’ve notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us by post.

2. How to Start a Return

• Always contact us before returning any item. We’ll provide instructions or a returns authorisation—this helps ensure the return can be processed smoothly and fairly.

• Returns sent without prior contact may be refused or incurs delays.

3. Refund Processing

• If you cancel within the statutory period and return the item in its original, undamaged, saleable condition, we’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or evidence you’ve dispatched it).

• We’ll refund the original standard delivery cost. Return postage costs for change-of-mind cancellations are your responsibility and are not refundable.

4. Branding and Conditions

• Goods must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging and tags intact. We will not refund if the item has been used beyond what’s necessary to inspect it.
