Making a purchase

Online Ordering

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Go To Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept most credit cards as payment. If you are shopping from any country outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Offline Ordering

1. Credit Card After browsing our website and deciding upon which items you want to purchase. Make a note of the product code and description. You can then phone your order through on +44(0)1905 797 228 or you can send this information to us at: Quality Control, PO Box 154, Droitwich, Worcs. WR9 7WN. England. You must include the credit card statement address, credit card number, expiry date, issue number, the 3 digit security number on the back of the card and your contact telephone number. Please remember to add 5 P&P within the UK. Customers outside the UK should contact us for correct P&P charge.

2. Cheques & Postal Orders After browsing our website and deciding upon which items you want to purchase. Make a note of the product code and description. Send this information to us with your cheque or postal order to: Quality Control, PO Box 154, Droitwich, Worcs. WR9 7WN. England. You must include the delivery address and your contact telephone number. Please remember to add 5 P&P within the UK. Customers outside the UK should contact us for correct P&P charge. All cheques must be in UK pounds sterling and be drawn on a UK clearing bank.

3. Cash After browsing our website and deciding upon which items you want to purchase. Make a note of the product code and description. Send this information to us with your cash to: Quality Control, PO Box 154, Droitwich, Worcs. WR9 7WN. England. You must include the delivery address and your contact telephone number. Please remember to add 5 P&P within the UK. Customers outside the UK should contact us for correct P&P charge. All cash must be in UK pounds sterling.

Conditions of Sale

Quality Control will only refund faulty products. We will at our discretion exchange for an alternative product excluding P&P charges if the product is returned to us in perfect condition. Returned items must reach us within 7 days of the original order date.
